4. Butchery techniques
Cuisine Supérieure
1. Precision and speed in the kitchen
2. Recipe development and menu design
3. Seasonal and market influences on cuisine
4. Introduction to restaurant operations
Requirements:
1. Be 18 years of age or older on or before the start date of the programme.
2. Have a Secondary School Diploma and reach the average score of 65.
3. Provide proof of English Language Proficiency or pass level six of the local English class.
